The pre-filled manual apparatus includes a repository corticotropin pharmaceutical composition for an adult patient ≥18 years old in need thereof to deliver a one-time use dose only. The manual injector apparatus is capable of being stored at room temperature for up to 24 hours prior to administration and the repository corticotropin pharmaceutical composition is a naturally sourced complex mixture comprising N-25 deamidated porcine ACTH (1-39).
