Provided is an all-solid-state battery capable of suppressing the occurrence of charging abnormalities. An all-solid-state battery according to the present invention relates to Goals 3, 7, 11, and 12 of SDGs. An all-solid-state battery according to the present invention includes a stacked body provided with a positive electrode containing a positive electrode active material, a negative electrode containing a negative electrode active material, and a solid electrolyte sheet interposed between the positive electrode and the negative electrode, in which the solid electrolyte sheet contains a porous substrate and a solid electrolyte, the solid electrolyte is retained in pores of the porous substrate, both surfaces of the porous substrate are covered with the solid electrolyte, and a distance (A) between the porous substrate and the positive electrode active material is 1 µm or more, and a distance (B) between the porous substrate and the negative electrode active material is 3 µm or more, in a thickness direction of the stacked body.
