Zusammenfassung:An image processing method and apparatus, a device, and a storage medium, relating to the technical field of image processing. The method includes: performing frequency domain transformation on a first image to obtain a spectral feature of the first image (401); performing blur kernel prediction on the basis of the spectral feature to obtain a blur kernel of the first image (402); and performing super-resolution processing on the first image on the basis of the blur kernel to generate a super-resolved image (403). The method can improve the quality of a high-resolution image obtained after super-resolution processing.
