Zusammenfassung:Provided is an autonomous lawn mower (1) including: a movable machine body (2) being movable through unmanned driving with moving devices (4); at least one lawn mowing work unit (3) mounted on the movable machine body (2); and a machine body cover (1A) that covers an upper surface and a peripheral surface of the movable machine body (2). The at least one lawn mowing work unit (3) includes: a cutting blade (17); a prime mover (15) configured to drive the cutting blade (17); at least one ground-contact member (23), which is located within an area (WB) between the moving devices (4) in a front-and-rear direction, and is configured to prevent contact of the cutting blade (17) with a ground surface (G); and an adjustment mechanism (28) configured to allow the lawn mowing work unit (3) to be moved upward and downward with respect to the movable machine body (2). The ground-contact member (23) and the cutting blade (17) are located inside the machine body cover (1A).
