Zusammenfassung:	A real-time video distribution technique that utilizes a robot is provided. An operator remotely operates a robot 30 using an operator terminal 20a. When a management server 10 receives operation information in accordance with the remote operation from the operator terminal 20a, the management server 10 transmits the operation information to the robot 30. The robot 30 and the operator terminal 20a generate video (including audio) by image-capturing an object according to an operation by the operator and transmit the videos to the management server 10. When the management server 10 receives the respective videos from the robot 30 and the operator terminal 20a, the management server 10 live-streams the videos to a viewer terminal 20b.
