An electronic device according to an embodiment, may include a hinge structure including a hinge housing, as a folding region, a first housing connected to the hinge structure, a second housing connected to the first housing through the hinge structure to rotate with respect to the first housing, a flexible display received in the first housing with a first portion and received in the second housing with a second portion, and at least one protection structure disposed to cover at least a part of a periphery of the flexible display, in the folding region, and the at least one protection structure may include a base member disposed on the hinge housing, in the folding region, and including a fixing unit formed in a direction in which a front surface of the electronic device faces, and a blocking member integrally formed with at least a part of the fixing unit, and disposed to cover at least a part of the periphery of the flexible display.
