La présente description concerne un capteur d'images polarimétrique (100) formé dans et sur un substrat semiconducteur, le capteur comprenant :- une pluralité de pixels (P) comprenant chacun un photodétecteur formé dans le substrat semiconducteur ;- un filtre polariseur (FP) disposé du côté d'une face d'éclairement des photodétecteurs, le filtre comprenant, pour chaque pixel, une structure de polarisation ; et- un routeur de polarisation comprenant une métasurface bidimensionnelle (MS) disposée du côté du filtre polariseur opposé aux photodétecteurs, la métasurface comprenant un réseau bidimensionnel de plots.
