Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to neuromonitoring navigation in interventional procedures. For an improved navigation, a device (10) for neuromonitoring navigation in interventional procedures is provided that comprises a data input (12), a data processor (14) and an output interface (16). The data input is configured to receive a sequence of neuromonitoring signals (18) related to an interventional medical procedure in a region of interest of a subject, the procedure involving at least one interventional device; and to receive image data representing an anatomy (20) of the region of interest of the subject during the interventional medical procedure; and to provide a 3D model (22), the 3D model provided as at least one of the group comprising a 3D anatomical model and a 3D device shape model. The data processor is configured to register a 3D model to the image data forming an augmented image of the subject; and to assign the signals of the sequence of neuromonitoring signals to procedural steps of the interventional medical procedure; and to allocate the procedural steps to the anatomy of the augmented image; and to compute a visual indicator of the neuromonitoring signals, the visual indicator reflecting the procedural steps, and to integrate the visual indicator within the anatomy in the augmented image thereby for generating neuromonitoring navigation (26). The output interface is configured to output the neuromonitoring navigation. |
