Zusammenfassung:	A method of anti-freezing protection of a fluid pipe, comprising forming a valve assembly (1) connecting, in mutual fluid communication, a thermostatic anti-freezing valve (2) responsive to a fluid temperature of a fluid in contact with the anti-freezing valve (2) itself, a thermostatic valve (3) responsive to an ambient temperature outside the valve assembly (1), making in the valve assembly (1) an inlet opening (5), a discharge opening (6) in communication with the inlet opening (5), and a first and only fluid communication (8) between the inlet opening (5) and the discharge opening (6), connecting the inlet opening (5) of the valve assembly (1) to the fluid pipe so that a fluid from the fluid pipe enters the valve assembly (1), using the anti-freezing valve (2) to open and close the discharge opening (6) automatically depending on the fluid temperature, using the thermostatic valve (3) to automatically open and close, depending on the ambient temperature, the first and only fluid communication (8) between the inlet opening (5) and the discharge opening (6), using a knob (21) of the thermostatic valve (3) to manually close and/or open the first fluid communication (8), regardless of the ambient temperature.
