Zusammenfassung:	An offset adjusting device capable of stably adjusting an offset between components of a coating agent applying device for discharging a coating agent, and a coating apparatus including the same are provided.The offset adjusting device according to one aspect of the present disclosure is configured for aligning a spacer provided in a slot die of a coating agent applying device configured to apply a coating agent to a substrate, and includes an offset measuring module configured to measure an offset between a die lip of the slot die and the spacer; and an offset adjusting module coupled to the spacer and configured to align the spacer according to the measured offset.
