Zusammenfassung:	Flow through heater comprises an integral body including a plurality of flow channels and a thick film heater in thermal contact with the integral body, such that fluid flowing through the flow channels is heated by the thick film heater. The integral body may be formed of aluminium, for example by extrusion, or of ceramic. The thick film heater may comprise a substrate that is attached to the integral body, or may comprise one or more thick film tracks deposited directly on the integral body. Where the integral body is made of aluminium, the surface may be anodised to form an insulating layer on which the tracks may be deposited.
