Zusammenfassung:	In a method and a device for transmitting or receiving a signal in a wireless communication system, disclosed in the present specification, when M resources are configured for a terminal within one period, a base station configures N resources which can be actually used by the terminal through DCI, and the terminal selects a part of the N resources to perform data transmission. Accordingly, resource allocation to a plurality of terminals can be flexibly performed while delay due to data disorder is prevented.
