Zusammenfassung:A circuit that includes a level shifter (301). The level shifter includes a shift path (311, 313) with two transistors coupled in series (319, 325 or 321, 328). The circuit also includes a GIDL detection circuit (303) for detecting GIDL current conditions. The GIDL detection circuit generates a GIDL signal (GIDL DET) indicative of a GIDL current condition. The signal is utilized to control a voltage of a control electrode of a transistor (319, 321) of the shift path (311, 313) to increase the conductivity of the transistor when the signal is indicative of a GIDL current condition to minimize a GIDL current through at least a portion of the shift path (311, 313) when the second transistor (325, 324) is nonconductive due to the level shifter being in a low power mode (CPDN at low).
