Zusammenfassung:	The present invention has as its technical issue giving a stainless steel sheet excellent in corrosion resistance enough of a magnetic property to be able to by held and manipulated by magnetic force. To solve this, there is provided a stainless steel sheet having a 5 to 200 µm thickness, having, in a cross-section vertical to a rolling direction, a first region comprising mainly an austenite phase formed at a surface layer of one or both the surfaces and a second region comprising mainly a ferrite phase at a region other than the first region, and having an area ratio of the second region of 20% or more.
