Zusammenfassung:Values of an R-to-end-of-T interval and an RR interval for multiple ECG cycles of a patient are obtained. Based on the values, a relationship between the RR interval and the R-to-end-of-T interval or another variable derived therefrom is computed, the relationship being for use in computing a delay from an R-peak of any subsequent ECG cycle of the patient to a time window in which to apply PEA to the patient's heart such that the time window is expected to start after an end of a T-wave of the subsequent ECG cycle and to end prior to a QRS-wave immediately following the subsequent ECG cycle. Subsequently, during a PFA procedure, a current cycle length or heart rate of the patient is obtained, the delay is computed, using the relationship, based on the current cycle length or heart rate, and PFA is applied during the time window following the delay.
