Zusammenfassung:Sealing performance concerning oozing and leakage of a sealed object based on bidirectional rotational movement of an attaching target is improved. A sealing device (1) includes an inner peripheral surface (10) that is a surface facing an outer peripheral surface of a shaft, and an outer peripheral surface (20) that is a surface facing an inner peripheral surface of a shaft hole. The inner peripheral surface (10) has an inner peripheral recessed surface (11) that is an annular surface recessed to an outer periphery side. The outer peripheral surface (20) has an outer peripheral recessed surface (21) that is an annular surface recessed to an inner periphery side. The inner peripheral recessed surface (11) of the inner peripheral surface (10) contacts the outer peripheral surface of the shaft. The outer peripheral recessed surface (21) of the outer peripheral surface (20) contacts the inner peripheral surface of the shaft hole.
