Zusammenfassung:	A packaging material according to the present invention comprises a polyhydroxyalkanoate (PHA) resin, which has excellent biodegradability and thermal adhesiveness, in an inner layer, and can also provide a security function due to having a light-shielding layer laminated on the rear surface. Accordingly, the biodegradable packaging material according to the present invention is manufactured as a security pack for a mobile device having a camera, and can be utilized in facilities or by organizations in which security must be maintained to prevent various exhibits, experimental equipment, documents, and the like from being leaked to the outside.
