Provided is a pazopanib oral pharmaceutical composition, which comprises an active drug, a polymer carrier, an organic solvent and/or water, wherein the active drug is 5-[[4-[(2,3-dimethyl-2H-indazol-6-yl)methylamino]pyrimidin-2-yl]amino]-2-methylbenzenesulfonamide as represented by formula I and a salt thereof. Dispersion of pazopanib in the form of a solution can significantly improve the solubility and dissolution rate of pazopanib, can significantly increase the drug bioavailability, and can also improve the compliance of a patient and solve the problems of dysphagia in elderly patients, etc.
