Beschreibung
Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a method for shaping and/or securing guiding wires to a spatially movable panel by means of an insert component. A distal joint mechanism can be moved by means of the guiding wires in order to angle a distal end section of a medical instrument, said guiding wires having a material hardness, and the spatially movable panel has a hole with a cross-section passing through the thickness of the spatially movable panel for each guiding wire. The method has the following steps: - arranging the insert component on a proximal side of the spatially movable panel, said insert component having holes which correspond to the holes of the spatially movable panel and a material hardness which is equal to or greater than the material hardness of the guiding wires, - passing a respective guiding wire end of each guiding wire through the respective hole of the spatially movable panel and the corresponding hole of the insert component so that each guiding wire end which is passed through protrudes on the proximal side of the insert component, and - deforming the guiding wire ends using a deforming tool such that each guiding wire end has a respective terminating shape with dimensions having a greater cross-section than the cross-section of the respective hole, thus securing the guiding wires to the spatially movable panel. The invention additionally relates to guiding wires, to a medical instrument, and to a robot.
