Zusammenfassung: | A digital image processing system configured for processing a plurality of image capture scans of a sample obtained from a microscope in a corresponding plurality of scan cycles, each image capture scan comprising a plurality of individual field of view (FoV) images that form one image when stitched together, each FoV image having a border zone overlapping a border zone of an adjacent FoV image, the plurality of image capture scans corresponding to a plurality of images that are stackable, the system comprising a computing system comprising a stitching and stacking program module installed and executable in the computing system. The stitching and stacking program module is configured to compute a position of each of the FoV images from all image capture scans concomitantly and thereby concomitantly stitch together the individual FoV images and stack said plurality of images. |
