Zusammenfassung:	The present invention provides a stimuli-induced delivery system comprising self¬assembled amphiphilic tri-block copolymers in the form of micelles. The delivery system enables the release of a cargo from within the micelles following a transition to di-block copolymers micelles and subsequent activation by a protein to induce disassembly of the micelles.
