Zusammenfassung:	The present disclosure provides a terminal device locating method, an apparatus and a storage medium. The method includes: receiving, by a first network element, a reference signal; determining a time-domain channel response of the reference signal according to the reference signal; performing filtering processing on the time-domain channel response to obtain a line-of-sight time-domain signal; determining subcarrier phase information of a line-of-sight frequency-domain signal according to the line-of-sight time-domain signal, where the subcarrier phase information is used to determine location information of a terminal device. The present disclosure can improve the accuracy of locating the terminal device.
