Zusammenfassung:	Systems, methods, and computer program products are provided for blockchain-based healthcare record transfer and sharing that is secure and auditable. In various embodiments, a method is provided where a request is received from a user for one or more healthcare records. A selection of one or more secure providers is received from the user. The one or more healthcare records are retrieved from a healthcare record database. The one or more healthcare records are combined into a healthcare record package. A hash is generated based on the healthcare record package. The healthcare record package is transmitted to the one or more secure providers. The user, the one or more secure providers, and the hash is recorded in a blockchain ledger (while not recording any data from within the healthcare records).
