Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to an aligning unit (2) for a medical instrument, comprising a stator housing (4) in which a drive unit preferably designed as a handpiece can be accommodated, a threaded bolt (14) having an outer thread section (18) connecting the threaded bolt (14) to the stator housing (4), and a carrier (30) having an inner thread section (34) connecting the carrier (30) to the stator housing (4), wherein the outer thread section (18) of the threaded bolt (14) and the inner thread section (34) of the carrier (30) run in opposing directions and, via counter rotation, they can be fixed in such a way that the carrier (30) and the threaded bolt (14) are axially held against one another. The invention also relates to an assembly method for the aligning unit (2).
