Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to method for predicting patient responses to cancer immunotherapy, in particular treatment with immune checkpoint inhibitors and/or treatment involving induction of specific antitumour immunity. The method comprises quantitively determining the expression levels of MHC Class I and II molecule isotypes by the cells of the microenvironment of the patient's malignant neoplasm and calculating a combined expression score value from weighted expression levels of at least HLA-A, -B, -C, -DR isotypes. Also provided are methods of treatment and determination of eligibility for treatment.
