Zusammenfassung:	An adhesive tape roll that suppresses the phenomenon in which the adhesive tape on the inner side of the roll protrudes outward over time, and that does not have wrinkles in the vicinity of the release layer, is provided. The adhesive tape roll is formed by winding an adhesive tape including a base material layer containing a polyvinyl chloride-based resin and a plasticizer, and an adhesive layer provided on the base material layer, with the adhesive layer facing inward in the longitudinal direction, wherein a release layer is laminated on the adhesive layer on a side opposite to the direction in which the adhesive tape is pulled, starting from a position a predetermined distance away from a tip in the longitudinal direction of the adhesive tape.
