Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to an agent for the stabilisation of lime milk. Said agent combines a specific polymer and one or more osidic, polyol or acid derivatives. The invention also provides a method for preparing said agent as well as a method for preparing lime milk stabilised by means of said agent. According to the invention, the stabilised lime milk can be used to control the pH of a composition, which composition can then be used in a variety of fields. In particular, according to the invention, the lime milk stabilised by means of the agent can be used to treat acid effluents or acid fumes. The invention also provides a powder formulation or a paste formulation for the preparation of stabilised lime milk.
