INJECTION MOULDING APPARATUS FOR INJECTION-MOULDED PARTS COMPRISING A DECORATIVE ELEMENT, AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING AN INJECTION-MOULDED PART

The invention relates to an injection moulding apparatus (10) which is designed to produce an injection-moulded part (42) provided with a decorative element (14), the decorative element (14) comprising at least one design element (20), wherein the injection moulding apparatus (10) comprises: a mould cavity (12) in which the decorative element (14) is situated; a mould (16) comprising at least two mould elements (16m, 16s), in particular a punch and a die, in order to open and close the mould (16); a filling apparatus (18) which is designed to fill, when the mould (16) is closed or partially closed, an injection-moulding compound (40) into the mould cavity (12); at least one fixing apparatus (28, 30) which is designed to fix the decorative element (14) in the mould cavity (12). According to the invention, the injection moulding apparatus (10) also comprises a supply element (32) which is designed to supply the decorative element (14) into the open mould (16) and to orient the decorative element (14) relative to the mould (16) in a target position (SP), wherein the supply element (32) is designed to orient the decorative element (14) according to a position and/or orientation and/or shape of the at least one design element (20). The invention also relates to a production method for an injection-moulded part using the injection moulding apparatus (10).
