Zusammenfassung: | A preloading and delivering system, a preloading and delivering assembly and a loading method for an interventional instrument. The interventional instrument preloading and delivering system includes a catheter component (260), a crimping device (240), an interventional instrument (90), a control handle (60) and a pulling wire (21). The catheter component (260) has opposing distal and proximal ends. The crimping device (240) has a cylindrical structure with an axis direction, in the axis direction, one end of the crimping device (240) surrounds a distal end of the catheter component (260), and the other end encloses a chamber with an inner conical surface. The interventional instrument (90) is radially deformable and has relative compressed and expanded states. The control handle (60) is connected to the proximal end of the catheter component (260). One end of the pulling wire (21) is controlled by the control handle (60), and the other end extends distally in the catheter component (260) and cooperates with the interventional instrument (90). The pulling wire (21) has a locked state and an unlocked state relative to the interventional instrument (90). In the locked state, the pulling wire (21) can pull the interventional instrument (90) to transform from the expanded state to the compressed state, and in the unlocked state, the pulling wire (21) can be disengaged from and release the interventional instrument (90). The interventional instrument (90), before being loaded, is in the expanded state, which facilitates the later deformation and release of the interventional instrument (90) in the human body. |
