Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a microrobotic unit (01) for propulsion movement and positioning in organic cavities. The unit comprises two spreadable modules (02, 03) and a pushing module (04) which is located between the two spreadable modules (02, 03); and a supply connection (05) at the rear spreadable module (03), which supply connection is used to supply a supply medium. Each spreadable module (02, 03) has at least one outer balloon envelope (20), the volume of which expands when the supply medium is supplied, a surface structure (21) being provided on the outside of the balloon envelope (20) and causing the balloon envelope to be anchored in the surrounding tissue. The pushing module (04) has a bellows structure (22) which causes an axial expansion when the supply medium is supplied and an axial contraction when the supply medium is removed. The bellows structure (22) has an outer support structure in order to prevent or limit a change in its dimensions in the radial direction, the axially extending support structure being in the form of a plurality of toggle lever structures arranged in a row. |
