Zusammenfassung:This application provides a map display method, an electronic device, and a system, and relates to the field of terminal technologies. The method includes: When the electronic device needs to display a map image of specified coordinates, the electronic device may communicate and interact with a cloud server, and send a query request. After receiving the query request, the cloud server may obtain, based on the query request, specified coordinate information and a geographical area range with the specified coordinate information as a center. The cloud server obtains corresponding specified map data. The cloud server may generate a specified map image based on the specified map data, and then send the specified map image to the electronic device. After receiving the specified map image, the electronic device may display the specified map image.
