The sensory modifier may include a dicaffeoylquinic acid or salt thereof; and one or more compounds selected from the group consisting of monocaffeoylquinic acids, monoferuloylquinic acids, diferuloylquinic acids, monocoumaroylquinic acids, dicoumaroylquinic acids, and salts thereof.
