The operation method may further include identifying a network state of the vehicular electronic device, based on identification of the occurrence of the preset event. The operation method may further include searching for a second network, based on the network state indicating connection to a first network. The operation method may further include, based on the found second network being available, accessing the second network. The operation method may further include transmitting/receiving data related to a vehicle to/from the server by using the second network. The first network may be a public network, and the second network may be a private network.
