Zusammenfassung:	There are provided a lead-acid battery management system and a lead-acid battery management program which appropriately manage a bipolar lead-acid battery to reduce a degree to which the lead-acid battery imposes a load on environment as much as possible and are necessary to cause a circulation cycle from manufacturing to reuse to reliably function. A lead-acid battery system (BS) including a bipolar lead-acid battery (B) and a management and support apparatus (4) configured to manage the lead-acid battery system (BS) are provided. The management and support apparatus (4) includes a recording unit (42) configured to record operation history information of the bipolar lead-acid battery (B) and a state determination unit (43) configured to determine necessity of replacement of the bipolar lead-acid battery (B).
