Zusammenfassung:	The disclosure provides a connecting tube and a heat exchanger. The connecting tube is configured to be connected with flat tubes. The connecting tube includes: two connection sections and a bent section, the two connection sections are disposed at two ends of the bent section respectively, the two connection sections are connected with the bent section to form a U-shaped tube, and an end, far away from the bent section, of the connection section is provided with a connection port; and the connection port has a flat mouth structure. According to a technical solution provided by the disclosure, a technical problem that a manufacturing process of a flat tube in the art known to inventors is complicated can be solved.
