The method comprises: acquiring a current pose of a moving platform in a mechanical coordinate system after reconstruction of the surgical field center of an instrument (S 110); acquiring, according to the current pose of the moving platform, a target pose of a static platform in the mechanical coordinate system after the reconstruction of the surgical field center of the instrument (S 120); performing pose transformation on the static platform according to the current pose of the moving platform and the target pose of the static platform (S130); and acquiring an angle of twist between the moving platform and the static platform on a central axis according to the current pose of the moving platform and the target pose of the static platform, and performing rotation transformation on the moving platform according to the angle of twist, so that a parallel platform returns to a zero position (S140).
