Zusammenfassung:The invention relates a method for producing a rotor (1) of an electrical drive unit, in particular an electric motor, which comprises the following method steps: a) providing a laminated rotor core (2); b) producing a cover plate (3) with a crown structure (4) by injection moulding; c) mounting the cover plate (3) on an axial end face of the laminated rotor core (2); d) producing a preassembly (7) by axially mounting permanent magnets (5) in magnet-receiving pockets (6) in the laminated rotor core (2); e) placing the preassembly (7) into an injection mould; f) rotationally fixing the preassembly (7) in the injection mould by a press fit that provides a rotation-lock with respect to the preassembly (7) and by means of the crown structure (4) of the cover plate (3); g) producing a media-tight encapsulation (9) of the rotor (1) by overmoulding the preassembly (7) and h) removing the overmoulded rotor (1) from the injection mould. The invention also relates to a rotor of an electrical drive unit and to a pump with such a rotor.
