Zusammenfassung:Multiple active component therapeutic formulations are described comprising at least two active agents selected from the group consisting of an isovanillin component, a harmine component, and a curcumin component, stabilized in a self-supporting lipid crystalline formulation for topical application. The formulation maintains the active agents in a stable form during storage and will melt at body temperature when applied to the skin, wherein the lipid crystals melt into a liquid crystalline structure thereby releasing the active agents to the applied area of the skin or tissue to render their therapeutic effect.
