An electronic device according to an embodiment of the disclosure may include a display module, a housing including a front surface on which the display module is disposed, a rear surface opposite to the front surface, and a lateral surface surrounding a space between the front surface and the rear surface, a waterproof structure disposed between the housing and the display module and including a first waterproof member disposed along one lateral surface of the housing, a second waterproof member disposed along the remaining lateral surface of the housing, and a third waterproof member configured to connect the first waterproof member and the second waterproof member, a conduit portion which is disposed to extend from the front surface of the housing to the rear surface of the housing so as to be inclined with respect to a direction perpendicular to the display module, and into which the third waterproof member is introduced, and a frame which is made of a conductive material and disposed to surround the lateral surface of the housing, and includes a protrusion portion extending toward the conduit portion.
