Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a method for producing a colored coating on a glass surface by way of a printing method. According to the method, A) a printing substance is applied to a glass surface, the printing substance comprising at least one pigment precursor; and B) the pigment precursor applied to the glass surface is converted to pigment particles. The present invention also describes a printing substance for carrying out the method and a coated glass substrate.
