Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a rear aerodynamic fairing element (10) for a motor vehicle, comprising an outer wall (11) and at least one inner housing (30) defined by said outer wall, attachment means located inside said inner housing and at least one member (20) for detecting environmental data of the vehicle, which member is suitable for being rigidly connected to said attachment means such that the field-of-view angle (D) of said detection member is oriented towards the blind spot of the vehicle to detect the presence of an object located in said blind spot when said rear aerodynamic fairing element is attached to the vehicle, said rear aerodynamic fairing element consisting of an essentially vertical side deflector (10), intended to extend a central deflector (3) which is suitable for being extended in a transverse direction of the vehicle from the roof (2) of the vehicle, overhanging the tailgate (4) of the vehicle.
