Zusammenfassung:	The present disclosure provides a liquid cooling plate and battery pack. The liquid cooling plate is formed with a receiving space. The liquid cooling plate includes a first cooling plate and a second cooling plate. The second cooling plate is stacked on a side of the first cooling plate facing the receiving space and is connected to the first cooling plate in a sealed manner. A cooling flow passage surrounding the receiving space is formed between the second cooling plate and the first cooling plate. In the liquid cooling plate and battery pack of the present disclosure, the liquid cooling plate is formed with the receiving space, the liquid cooling plate includes the first cooling plate and the second cooling plate, and the cooling flow passage surrounding the receiving space is formed between the first cooling plate and the second cooling plate, and a plurality of battery modules can be placed inside and outside the receiving space, allowing one liquid cooling plate to be in close proximity to the plurality of battery modules for heat exchange, and the heat exchange medium is introduced into the cooling flow passage and exchanges heat with the battery modules through the first cooling plate and the second cooling plate, thereby implementing cooling or preheating of the battery modules.
