Zusammenfassung:A pressing roll device, in which a unit cell (U) passes between an upper roll (21) and a lower roll (11), according to the present invention comprises: the lower roll (11); the upper roll (21); a lower mount (10) on which the lower roll (11) is mounted and which is fixed in movement; an upper mount (20) on which the upper roll (21) is mounted and which is restricted by a bracket (30) so as to ascend and descend by the bracket (30); and a stopper (60) disposed between the lower mount (10) and the upper mount (20) so that the lower roll (11) and the upper roll (21) are spaced apart from each other, wherein a damping member (61) that buffers an impact when the upper mount (20) is seated is mounted on the stopper (60) .
