Zusammenfassung: | An injection molding unit (11) comprises at least one motor and at least one drive for rotationally and translationally moving the screw (14). A force sensor (12) is provided for force measurement and/or for determining the forces exerted with respect to the screw (14) of the injection molding unit (11). Because the force sensor (12) is non-rotatably fixed with respect to the rotational motion of the screw (14) and at least one decoupling element (16) is provided which decouples the forces exerted on and/or by the screw (14) in the axial direction along and/or parallel to the screw axis (A-A) from other forces exerted on and/or by the screw (14), and because the force sensor (12) is designed to measure the force exerted on and/or by the screw (14) in the axial direction along and/or parallel to the screw axis (A-A), simple, economical, precise and reliable determination of the force exerted with respect to the screw of the injection molding unit, e.g. the accumulation force and/or injection force or the corresponding pressure, is achieved. |
