Systems, methods, apparatus and computer readable media provide efficient, effective and continuous delivery of audit evidence and audit reports to customers in a scalable way, in particular, but not limited to international compliance standards associated with the provision of Software as a Service (Saas) platforms. In one aspect, a system defines one or more computer-implemented tests to demonstrate auditable compliance with one or more standards. The system comprises one or more processors in communication with one or more memories, one or more input devices and one or more output devices. The one or more processors are specifically configured to compile, in the one or more memories, an electronic library of specific requirements of one or more standards or the like received via the one or more input devices, translate and map the specific requirements to an electronic library of one or more master internal controls, and generate an electronic library of one or more internal control tests based on one or more of the master internal controls.
