Zusammenfassung:	A power supply device according to one aspect of the present invention comprises: a switch including a first terminal and a second terminal receiving a control signal, the switch operating to be turned on or off by comparing the magnitude between a threshold voltage and a voltage between the first terminal and the second terminal; and a protection element connected to the first terminal to change the magnitude of a source voltage of the first terminal, wherein the magnitude of the source voltage of the first terminal may be adjusted to be higher than when the protection element is not present.
