Beschreibung
Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a method for analyzing a blood sample from a human for a disease, especially a bacteria-based disease, comprising: - stimulating provided cells from the blood sample with bacterial antigens to induce at least one presence marker on T cells of the provided cells, - labeling at least one of the induced presence markers on T cells in the provided cells, which presence marker is specifically formed on T cells which recognized bacterial antigen during the stimulation, - labeling a first status marker and a further status marker on T cells in the provided cells that are specific for the activation status thereof, said status markers differing from one another and from the presence marker, - evaluating a first labeling event of the labeling steps by analysis of the frequency of T cells having a labeled first status marker and a labeled presence marker based on a reference value and making a comparison with a first combination limit, - evaluating at least one further labeling event of the labeling steps by analysis of the frequency of T cells having a labeled further status marker and a labeled presence marker based on a reference value and making a comparison with a further combination limit, - forming an overall result from the evaluated labeling events and comparing the overall result with an overall limit.
