Zusammenfassung:	A power conversion device (1) converts AC voltage into DC voltage. The power conversion device (1) includes a transformer (18), a first capacitor (17), a primary circuit (10), a rectifying-smoothing circuit (20), and a controller (50). The primary circuit (10) includes a bridge circuit (14) having two arm switching elements (Q1, Q2), and is connected to a primary winding (W1) of the transformer (18) via the first capacitor (17). The rectifying-smoothing circuit (20) includes a sedondary diode (22) and an output capacitor (23). The primary circuit (10) includes a buffer circuit (40) having a buffer capacitor (Cc) and a buffer switching element (Q3). The controller (50) controls switching of switching elements (Q1 to Q3).
