A diagnosis prediction system (100) comprises: an input unit (11) for inputting biological data measured by a digital device worn by a subject, and medical interview data for the subject; and a prediction unit (12) that uses, as input data, biological data measured by digital devices worn respectively by a plurality of subjects and medical interview data corresponding to the biological data of the plurality of subjects, and by using a trained model that has undergone deep learning using disease-related information corresponding to each of the subjects as teaching data, predicts disease-related information for the subject on the basis of the biological data and the medical interview data for the subject input from the input unit.
