The working point acquisition unit is configured to acquire working point data for identifying at least one working point where a robot gives working in the meat, by inputting the image data acquired by the image data acquisition unit to a learning model machine-learned using, as teacher data, the image data and correct answer data indicating a key point of the meat included in the photographed image.
